Over the years, we've partnered with clients across the UK and Europe, delivering expert consultancy on system implementations and supporting leading payroll bureaus with specialist projects.

Evolving into Payroll Innovation

In 2019, we launched LitE Payroll—a fully managed outsourcing service tailored for small to medium-sized businesses. With a strong foundation in consulting, we set out to redefine payroll delivery through automation, transparency, and efficiency.

To achieve this, we partnered with KeyPay, leveraging its powerful cloud-based platform to automate payroll processes and lay the groundwork for a truly modern payroll experience. Technology has been central to our evolution. We also collaborated with a partner company to develop a custom payroll management platform, streamlining operations and delivering greater value to our clients.

Today, LitE Payroll is a core focus of our business, and we are committed to scaling our service while staying true to our values of innovation, reliability, and client-first service.
